The man who sued the RIAA could win

You most certainly have heard about the Pirate Bay case and the numerous other lawsuits the RIAA and MPAA have filed in the past against Peer-to-Peer "devils".

Meet Gary Fung, a Vancouver based university of British Columbia graduate, owner of isoHunt.com, which he claims is none other but a search engine as none of the copyrighted material is hosted...

This case is to be followed very closely as, regardless of the verdict, its outcome will change quite a few aspects of the law...
