Here is a brand new business idea based on a question that might rock a lot of people's boats: If one can sell his or her CD's in the second hand market, why should somebody not be allowed to sell their unwanted MP3s?

Beside audio quality, I think that original audio Cd's resemble a kind of license that makes it lawfully yours. Mp3s could just come from anywhere.
unless you have a digital receipt...
