You might have heard about the agreement Yahoo and Google have been trying to reach for some time now in order to avoid a buy out from none other than Microsoft. Unfortunately, due to government restrictions, Google decided not to push it and take the case to court.
Consequence: Jerry Yang, Yahoo's CEO, is starting to reconsider Microsoft as a potential buyer.
