It was an unofficially known fact that just became official. If you watch TV a lot, you are officially labeled as unhappy.
If you know the names of all the LOST characters by heart, it might be time for you to sell your TV...

I know all the characters to Battlestar Galactica, maybe I am unhappy, who knows... What I do know is that I am a dork! ;)
